You’ve already paid the community’s application fee, so we make it easy to check whether OneApp can help you get a second chance at the home you want. If you qualify and are approved with us, you’ll pay a one-time flat service fee — it’s clear, upfront, with zero surprises!
WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD THE FEE?
We have several options to make it easy to qualify for OneApp Approval Assist.
We accept credit cards for payment. You also qualify for an option* to split the full service fee into several no-interest installments.
WHAT IF I PAY AND DON'T GET THE PLACE?
Nothing. There’s no cost to your organization. No hidden fees, no minimums, no long-term contracts. Use the service as needed for anyone needing additional support to secure housing.
WILL THIS HURT MY CREDIT SCORE?
By acting as an intermediary to lower risk for property managers, so denials convert into approvals at the property level. Any property you work with can join the OneApp Partnership network, which only strengthens support for renters nationwide.
DO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN WHEN I RENEW?
No. One fee covers your initial lease term (up to 24 months). When you renew, you’re not required to pay OneApp again**.
