Integral Property Management was the first company in the Atlanta market to start using OneApp Guarantee for their entire multifamily portfolio. In 2021, they reached out to OneApp for a streamlined co-signing solution that allowed them to accept more applicants and provide homes for more people in the community.

 

 

Screening hampered occupancy and revenue

 

Before partnering with OneApp, Integral’s rental application process kept properties from acquiring residents who failed to meet their screening criteria. This created challenges that prevented their properties from hitting their occupancy and revenue goals.

Plus, in a community with approximately 2,700 unhoused individuals, Integral wanted a solution that would not only support their organization’s objectives, but positively impact their community as a whole.

 

Integral turns to co-signing with OneApp

 

OneApp immediately stood out to Integral for its high renter success rate, extensive default coverage, and zero cost partnership model. As a result, their leasing agents could say yes to more applicants with less risk, while applicants become successful renters, despite being previously denied. And, in the event of a default, OneApp covers up to 3x rent for any losses or damages.

Integral implemented OneApp Guarantee for their entire portfolio at no cost. When an applicant falls short of their screening criteria, leasing agents refer them to OneApp who guarantees their lease for a one-time co-signing fee equal to one month’s rent (paid in full or via payment plan by the applicant).

 

 

Integral boosts revenue and occupancy with zero defaults

 

Once Integral was up and running with OneApp, they immediately benefited from an increase in revenue. “In the first six months, we added $250,000 of income with guaranteed residents and zero defaults,” says Lena Pitt, President, Integral Property Management.
