    The Company does not intentionally share personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent, provided, however, We may share some or all of your personal identifiable information : (i) with a third party (including, without limitation, Our Commercial Partners) to perform any features or functions that You request via the Site; (ii) to the extent it becomes necessary to comply with applicable laws or to enforce our rights; (iii) with any business partners or affiliates of the Company, including, but not limited to, Our Commercial Partners, for any of the other “Intended Uses” noted in this Policy; and/or (iv) to the extent, and pursuant to, the terms of the Site’s “Term of Use” agreement If You have any hesitation about providing such information to Us and/or having such information used in any manner permitted in this Policy or the “Terms of Use”, then You should no longer use the Site.

Once the Company has received your request to Opt Out, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts, in a commercially reasonable time period, to try to carry out your request to Opt Out; provided, however, We will not have any obligation to retrieve, and cannot prevent the further use by others (including, without limitation, Our Commercial Partners) of your personal identifiable information that may have been shared with others up to that time.

    If You elect to Opt Out, and provided You have properly delivered your Opt Out request to the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy, You will no longer receive emails directly from Company after a commercially reasonable time from the date You have sent your Opt Out notice to Company. However, the Company does not have any obligations under, or liability arising out of, this Privacy Policy with regard to: (a) your use of any other internet websites, blogs, bulletin boards, chat rooms, and similar forums which are not under Company’s control and ownership, even if You linked to any of these forums via the Site; and (b) any other communications sent to You by any party (including, without limitation, Our Commercial Partners) other than directly from the Company.   2.  ENFORCEMENT OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    You hereby confirm and agree that by your act of using this Site, including, but not limited to, uploading any of your personal identifiable information or any other content via this Site, You: (a) unconditionally agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy; and (b) hereby confirm and agree that no provision of this Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, the Opt Out provisions of Section 1, shall limit, condition, alter, or amend, in any way whatsoever, any of the rights You have granted to the Company pursuant to Site’s “Terms of Use” agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the rights of the Company pursuant to this Site’s “Terms of Use” and this Privacy Policy, then You agree that the Terms of Use shall govern.
